Hello students! We are increasing the maximum award amounts for Vocational and Career Development scholarships.
Vocational: Previously $4,000 — Now $6,000
Career Development: Previously $3,500 — Now $5,500
This change will apply to those scholarships awarded after April 1, 2024. Students that have already received a Vocational or Career Development scholarship after April 1, 2024 are invited to apply for additional funding if they have the need.
For example, a student that already received a $4000 Vocational Scholarship after April 1, 2024 is eligible for an additional $2000 in funding until the end of our fiscal year on March 31, 2025. They will need to demonstrate in their application that they had expenses that were not met by other scholarships or grants.
Please note that this funding increase does not apply to periods before April 1, 2024.
